I had the honor of serving as a resource person at the recently concluded AAU TV Media Masterclass, hosted in Accra — an experience that reaffirmed my passion for empowering institutions through digital storytelling.
My session focused on video and content creation strategies for higher education institutions — an area I strongly believe holds untapped potential for visibility, student engagement, and institutional growth. We explored how African universities and colleges can create relatable, professional, and consistent content that tells their stories with authenticity and impact.
What truly impressed me was the creativity and drive shown by participants. As part of their final activity, they produced 2-minute videos reflecting the impact of the Masterclass — and I was part of the panel that reviewed and offered feedback on their work, alongside:

The feedback sessions were electric — filled with honest critique, laughter, and learning moments. Seeing participants apply what they had learned in just a few days reminded me why training and mentorship matter.
